We want you to love your Spirit & Sand pyjamas. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, please review our returns policy below.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, sleepwear cannot be returned for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@spiritandsand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions for Returns

Approved returns must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
