Spirit & Sand
We carefully pack and dispatch every Spirit & Sand order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. No hidden fees. All prices, including shipping, are shown before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia using trusted courier and postal services.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. For Australian Standard shipping: $15 and Express Shipping $35.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order’s journey.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, Spirit & Sand is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Spirit & Sand cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
